Coneygarth Farm Day Nursery & Pre-School is based in Haxey, North Lincolnshire. We are responsible for the personal information we collect about children, parents and carers, and visitors to this website. Through this website we may collect:
If your child attends the nursery, we collect further information as part of their registration and care. That information is covered by our separate registration paperwork.
We will never sell your information or use it to send marketing you have not asked for.
We use your information because you have asked us to (for example by sending an enquiry), because we need it to provide childcare, or because we are required to by law. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
We only share information where we need to, for example with Ofsted, local authority early years teams for funding purposes, or trusted providers who help us run our website and email. These providers only act on our instructions. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect a child’s safety.
Enquiries that do not lead to a place are kept for a short period and then deleted. Records for children who attend are kept for the periods required by childcare regulations and then securely destroyed.
