Fees
Contract A
For all children accessing Contract A, there is a care package charge of £9.43 per morning or afternoon session. Any additional hours are charged at £7.33 per hour. For all children accessing funding, the funded hours will be stretched over the year.
The above fees include breakfast if required, a healthy hot homemade dinner, a light tea, and snacks, which include a selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, and milk.
There is a 5% discount for siblings. There is a 5% discount for children attending 5 full days.
Contract B
Children accessing Contract B are purely funded; they can attend term-time only and may not purchase additional hours. Lunch/snacks can be purchased for £6.50 and tea/snacks £4.50 or you may bring a pack up.

Funding: Funded childcare is available from 9 months old. The 38-week entitlement can be stretched over 51 weeks of the year at 22.25 hours per week. To qualify as a working parent, you and your partner (if you have one) must each expect to earn at least the National Minimum Wage or Living Wage for 16 hours a week, and earn under £100,000 a year. All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours of universal childcare per week, regardless of parents’ working status. Kids at Coneygarth Out of School Club Fees
The above fees include breakfast if required, a light tea, and snacks on arrival from school, which include a selection of fresh fruit, homemade biscuits and cakes.
There is a 5% discount for siblings.
Coneygarth Farm Holiday Club Fees
The above fees include breakfast if required, a healthy hot homemade dinner, a light tea, and snacks which include a selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, and milk or juice.
Holiday Club only: 20% discount for siblings.
All Fees
We are open from 7.45am until 6.00pm. The fees for hours outside of 9.00am to 5.00pm are: £7.33 per hour for 0-5 year olds and £6.99 per hour for 5-11 year olds.
All fees have to be paid monthly in advance.
They can be paid by Cash, Vouchers, Tax Free Childcare and Internet Banking. We recommend paying via Tax Free Childcare for eligible families. For further information please see a member of management.
