Our Fee Structure From September 2025
We offer two contracts for families attending Coneygarth Farm Day Nursery. All families will receive an information pack detailing the two different contracts and relevant Funding Information.
Contract A

For all children accessing Contract A, there is a Care Package charge of £8.98 per session am and pm. Any additional hours are charged at £6.98 per hour. For all children accessing funding, the funded hours will be stretched over the year.
The above fees include breakfast if required, a healthy hot home-made dinner, a light tea, and snacks which include a selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, and milk.
There is a 5% discount for siblings. There is a 5% discount for children attending 5 full days of camp.
Contract B
Children accessing contract B are purely funded; they can attend term-time only. Lunch can be purchased for £3.50, and tea £2.00 or you may bring a packed up.
Kids at Coneygarth Out of School Club Fees

All Fees
We are open from 7.45am until 6.00pm. The fees for hours outside of 9.00am to 5.00pm are: £6.98 per hour
for 0-5 year olds and £6.66 per hour for 5-11 year olds.
All fees have to be paid monthly in advance.
They can be paid by Cash, Vouchers, Tax Free Childcare and Internet Banking. We recommend paying via Tax Free Childcare for eligible families. For further information please see a member of management.
